What priority can I use for my samples?

If you have a research customer account, the samples in your orders can only be assigned the priority type “research”.

For clinical customer accounts, the samples in an order can be assigned different priority types: standard, priority, clinical trials, or express. Standard and Priority belong to the same price class, with turnaround time (TAT) being the only difference.
